| Eversoll, principal of The EPH Group founded Timber Ridge Homes, a Long Island homebuilding operation in 1976. In 2002, Eversoll sold his company to Pulte Homes, Inc . In 2008, he repurchased and currently operates Pulte’s former Long Island Division. With over 40 years experience in land development, land acquisition and residential homebuilding, Eversoll has sold over 5,000 homes worth more than $600 million throughout the Northeast and Mid Atlantic areas. Eversoll is a seasoned land developer having advised Fortune 500 companies on land acquisition strategies and multimillion dollar projects. |
Parsigian is an active principal with Timber Ridge Homes of Long Island and The EPH Group. He provides over 25 years experience in land development, construction, sales and operations for the nation’s largest homebuilder, Pulte Homes, Inc. With Pulte, he served as the Central Region President and Eastern Region President. Parsigian oversaw operations with annual revenue in excess of $6 billion for twenty-five home-building divisions involving land acquisition, capital allocations, zoning, entitlement approvals, construction, marketing and sales. |
Hamer, a principal at EPH and Timber Ridge Homes of Long Island, is a seasoned commercial real estate and banking expert with over 25 years of experience. Hamer is founder of Harvest Properties and Harvest Real Estate Services, entities that specialize in the investment, ownership, management and leasing of commercial office, industrial, and retail real estate. In this venture, Hamer has raised approximately $90 million in equity and debt to purchase commercial real estate. Previously, Hamer managed a workout and recovery department for a commercial bank in New York. |

Robert J. Halso Halso spent 20 years as a Senior Executive for Pulte Homes (NYSE “PHM”) 3 of those years, serving as President and COO of Pulte Home Corporation in which he oversaw more than 40 operating divisions. Prior to his position as COO, Halso held various (executive) positions with upper management operating groups within Pulte. He currently is a private consultant on real estate investment strategies, operations and transactions. Halso is a CPA and an attorney with an undergraduate degree in Finance. ________________________________ |
Rick DiBellaDibella has over 30 years experience with two premier builders; Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company and Pulte Homes. Dibella held several senior positions with Pulte providing regional leadership in capital investment planning and deployment. Prior to Pulte, Dibella spent 17 years with Weyerhaeuser, ending his tenure as Executive VP of Operations overseeing investment strategy, land acquisition, home building operations, product design and manufacturing facilities. He was responsible for negotiating all land purchases and site development including rezoning, planning and engineering for the Mid Atlantic Region. He has been involved in more than $1 billion in real estate transactions overseeing high profile projects throughout the greater Mid Atlantic area including Fairfax County's (VA) first Smart Growth community; Historical preservation; Reuse of the previous Lorton Penitentiary; and many other master plan developments along the East coast. |
